He holds a Post Graduate Diploma (Merit) in Business Administration (Finance & Accounts Specialist) from the University of Liverpool in London. He has also earned an accredited Certificate in Public Procurement from the International Procurement Institute. He holds the professional designations of Certified Financial Controller and Certified Fraud Control Manager. His professional memberships include being a Fellow of the International Academy of Business & Financial Management and a Member of the Certified Information Systems Body of Professionals. Mr. Lowrie now operates as Chief Accountant at Jamaica’s state-owned oil refinery, Petrojam Limited.”
